AUSTIN, TEXAS (September 21, 2026) — Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport, a 149-room hotel located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The transaction was brokered by Spencer Davidson, Senior Vice President, and Mason McDavid, Vice President, at Hunter. Sai Hospitality acquired the hotel from an undisclosed seller.

Built in 1988 and located at 4301 Highline Blvd, the three-story, 149-room hotel sits adjacent to Will Rogers International Airport, Oklahoma City’s primary aviation hub, and offers institutional-quality accommodations designed to serve corporate, airline, government and leisure travelers. The property features approximately 1,250 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, The Bistro restaurant, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a business center.

The Hotel sits within one of Oklahoma City’s most significant corporate and logistics employment corridors, anchored by the global headquarters of Hobby Lobby and the regional campus of Dell Technologies, alongside major logistics operators including Amazon and UPS. The property also benefits from proximity to the FAA’s Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center and Tinker Air Force Base, the state’s largest single-site employer. Will Rogers International Airport, which served more than 4.6 million passengers in 2025, is currently undergoing a long-term expansion designed to grow capacity to as many as 20 million annual passengers.
Oklahoma City continues to see substantial investment and growth, including the $2.5 billion Boardwalk at Bricktown mixed-use development and a new $1 billion arena for the Oklahoma City Thunder, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026. The city will also host softball and canoe slalom events during the 2028 Summer Olympics, further reinforcing its growing profile as a national destination.
