CHATTANOOGA, TN (October 15, 2026) — Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the sale of the Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place, two Marriott hotels totaling 196 rooms in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Tim Osborne, Senior Vice President at Hunter, brokered the transaction. CN Hotels acquired the hotels from an institutional seller.
“This transaction represents the acquisition of two Marriott extended stay products with a diverse set of demand generators. The buyer will execute a comprehensive renovation of both assets to current brand standards to improve overall performance” said Tim Osborne with Hunter.
The 109-room Residence Inn was built in 2009 and features approximately 7,959 square feet of meeting space, while the 87-room TownePlace Suites was built in 2012.

The hotels sit just off I-75 near Hamilton Place, close to demand generators including Volkswagen Chattanooga, Amazon, Erlanger East Hospital and Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport.
