MIAMI (July 1, 2026) — Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the sale of Naples Bay Resort & Marina, a premier luxury resort, club, and marina asset located in Naples, Florida. This represents the fourth property Hunter has sold in downtown Naples. The transaction was brokered by Robert Taylor, Executive Vice President, and Sophia Pittaluga, Senior Vice President, on behalf of Naples Bay Resort Investment Company, LLC. The buyer was Pyramid Global Hospitality.

 

Located on exclusive Fifth Avenue South in the heart of one of the fastest-growing luxury real estate markets in the United States, Naples Bay Resort & Marina spans approximately 16 acres off Fifth Avenue South and is surrounded by continued development and growth. The offering included 85 hotel units, 108 cottages and 30 residences with RMA optionality, a 97-slip marina, the Shoppes at Naples Bay Resort, and the Naples Bay Club, a private membership club that also serves as an amenity for the resort operation.

The Shoppes at Naples Bay Resort also features some of the highest-rated dining options in the city, further strengthening the property’s appeal as a distinctive hospitality and lifestyle destination.

Naples Bay Resort & Marina presented new ownership with significant upside across several components of the asset. Upon sale, the 85 hotel units will convert to fee simple ownership, creating operational flexibility for repositioning through new management, an updated operating structure, and potential brand affiliation. Additional upside exists through the resort’s food-and-beverage offerings, including the recently added Blackbird Modern Asian, as well as the potential expansion and enhancement of Naples Bay Club.
