MIAMI (August 20, 2026) — Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the sale of the Hampton Inn & Suites Lakeland-South Polk Parkway, a 117-room hotel located in Lakeland, Florida. The transaction was brokered by Sophia Pittaluga, Senior Vice President, and Robert Taylor, Executive Vice President, at Hunter. The buyer was Brasswater.

Located at 3630 Lakeside Village Boulevard, the six-story hotel was built in 2008 and recently renovated. The property is situated within Lakeside Village, an 88-acre lifestyle destination featuring 72 stores and restaurants, providing guests with walkable access to retail and dining. Hotel amenities include a 936-square-foot meeting room, an outdoor pool, an expanded fitness center, a business center and complimentary daily breakfast.

The hotel is positioned within one of Central Florida’s key commercial and logistics corridors, with access to Interstate 4 and Lakeland Linder International Airport. Located between Tampa and Orlando, Lakeland has developed into a significant distribution hub with more than 28 million square feet of industrial and warehouse space and major operations from companies including Publix, Amazon, Sam’s Club, Rooms To Go and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
