JACKSONVILLE, FL (November 5, 2026) — Hunter Advisors announced the sale of the 89-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Jacksonville West Chaffee Point in Jacksonville, Florida. Sophia Pittaluga and Tim Osborne, both Senior Vice Presidents at Hunter Advisors, brokered the transaction on behalf of an institutional seller. An affiliate of OM Shiv Management acquired the property.

Built in 2009 and renovated in 2019, the four-story hotel is located at 561 Chaffee Point Boulevard, directly off Interstate 10. The property features an indoor pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast and 1,000 square feet of meeting space.
The hotel sits approximately 13 minutes from Cecil Commerce Center, a 17,000-acre industrial and logistics hub planned for up to 31 million square feet of industrial space and home to major employers including Amazon, Boeing, GE, Bridgestone and Saft America. The adjacent Cecil Airport anchors the area’s growing aerospace sector, including Boeing’s $90 million hangar expansion, supporting steady corporate, logistics and manufacturing-related lodging demand.
