Hunter Advisors Brokers Sale of Embassy Suites Dallas Near The Galleria

Hunter Advisors (Hunter) announced the sale of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near The Galleria, the third hotel of a portfolio that included the previously sold Embassy Austin Arboretum and Embassy Houston Galleria. The transaction was brokered by Kami Burnette, Senior Vice President, and Mason McDavid, Vice President, on behalf of the seller, Ashford Hospitality Trust.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near The Galleria is a 150-suite, six-story hotel originally constructed in 1998 and completed a comprehensive renovation of guestrooms, public space, and back of house in 2024. Strategically located at the intersection of I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway, the property benefits from exceptional visibility and access to two of the region’s busiest corridors. The hotel is situated just minutes from Galleria Dallas, one of the premier retail destinations in Texas attracting approximately 12 million annual visitors, as well as key demand drivers including IBM’s SoftLayer Technologies, Dallas College Brookhaven Campus, Addison Airport, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Located within North Dallas, the property benefits from positioning in one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, home to approximately 7 .5 million residents, continues to experience strong population growth and economic expansion, supported by a diverse mix of corporate headquarters, educational institutions, and major transportation infrastructure.
