Zoe Van de Grift

Zoe Van de Grift is an Analyst at Hunter Advisors, where she supports hotel valuation, underwriting, and market analysis across a wide range of hospitality assets. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Zoe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Science in Business Analytics. After interning with Hunter for two consecutive summers, she joined the firm full-time. In her role, Zoe conducts market research, analyzes financial and operating data, underwrites hotel valuations, and evaluates hotel performance to support investment and advisory assignments. Her background in economics and data analytics enables her to provide clients with thoughtful, data-driven insights into hospitality market trends and asset performance.
